Northward West Construction Ltd. originated as friends having a conversation and holding a similar vision. The aim was to do something positive in our community, where we could give meaningful employment opportunities, where people felt appreciated and part of a team.

Lacey Buswell – Foreman - Journeyman Carpenter, Calgary SAIT
Hometown: Moosomin Saskatchewan.
Hobbies: Horseback riding, hunting and fishing.
Lacey grew up on a farm in Moosomin, Saskatchewan. After high school she moved to Alberta and started her apprenticeship. She went to SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary, where she got her Journeyman certification and Red Seal for carpentry.
